Prices
Creative Bumble Bee reserves the right to alter prices of goods without any prior notice. Orders currently being processed during this time will not be affected by this.
Delivery
Products are despatched using Royal Mail. Parcel force may also be used on bigger items. Postage is automatically added to your bill and charged as follows: £0 - £9.99 = £2.50 p&p, £10.00 - £25.99 = £4.00, £25.00 - and above = £5.00 All goods will be packed with great care. Outside the UK there will be a charge of £5.00. With all deliveries, if the postage is calculated cheaper, ill refund the difference by pay pal.
Creative Bumble Bee cannot accept liability for packages being damaged, lost, stolen or delayed whilst in transit.
All items will be dispatched when full payment is received. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Please allow time for delivery.
If a item has to be made specially or is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will endeavour to despatch the item/s within 7 working days. You will be notified if the order is going to be delayed.
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item/s or you have changed your mind, please return them to Creative Bumble Bee within 5 days and enclose a copy of the invoice marking the item/ s being returned. As long as the item/s are returned in their original condition a full refund will be given, less postage. Cards and bathing / skin care products can only be returned if they haven't been opened, this is due to contamination of the product.
The cost of returning the Item/s is your responsibility as is their safety during transit.
Any replacement goods should be ordered as a new order in the usual way.
Refunds will be made by cheque within 14 days of receipt of the returned item/s.
