Prices
Creative Bumble Bee reserves the right to alter prices of goods without any prior notice. Orders currently being processed during this time will not be affected by this.
Delivery
When full payment has been received your items are dispatched using using Royal Mail or a courier. All goods will be packed with great care. Postage is automatically added to your bill when buying off this website. Standard charge £4.00 to £5.00 (When over £75.00 of goods are bought).
Creative Bumble Bee cannot accept liability for packages being damaged, lost, stolen or delayed whilst in transit.
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Please allow time for delivery.
If a item has to be made especially or is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will endeavour to despatch the item/s within 7 to 14 working days. You will be notified if the order is going to be delayed.
Returns
Please return items to Creative Bumble Bee within 5 days and enclose a copy of the receipt marking the item/ s being returned. As long as the item/s are returned in their original condition a full refund will be given within 14 days, less postage.
The cost of returning the item/s is your responsibility as is their safety during transit.
Any replacement goods should be ordered as a new order in the usual way.
